Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase. Note that returns must first be accepted by the shipping carrier. Refusal of shipment by the carrier may result in a disqualified refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@deadscent.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to our facility. You are welcome to use any shipping carrier of your choice to return the item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that are worn and/or used can not be accepted back for return.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (less the original shipping charge) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Refund Exceptions
Because conditions that cause unwanted odors can vary greatly–as far as severity, cause, and situation–we do not offer refunds for the times when Dead Scent performance doesn't meet the users' expectations. In addition, an order that is refused at the carrier delivery may be disqualified for a refund. Customers must accept the shipment and then return the unused items back to Dead Scent.
